Rodney Davis Three-Decker

The Rodney Davis Three-Decker is a historic triple decker house located in the Belmont Hill neighborhood of Worcester, Massachusetts. Built in 1894, this three-story wood-frame structure showcases the architectural style typical of early triple deckers in the area, although it has lost some of its original Queen Anne porch decorations. The building features an asymmetrical facade with a polygonal bay and a gable-roofed entrance. Initially owned by draftsman Rodney Davis, it served as a rental property for many Scandinavian immigrants during its early years. The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1990, making it a notable site for tourists and researchers interested in local history and architecture.
