Tom McCall Waterfront Park - site of the Waterfront Blues Festival

Tom McCall Waterfront Park has been the longtime site of the annual Waterfront Blues Festival, which began in 1988 and grew into one of the largest blues festivals on the U.S. West Coast. The multi-day festival features national and regional blues artists and draws large crowds to the park along the Willamette River each July. Hosting the festival is a recurring and prominent event in Portland's contemporary music history.
