Cloud Home

Cloud Home is a historic house located in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, showcasing Greek Revival architecture with its impressive pedimented portico and Corinthian columns. Built between 1851 and 1852 by local attorney John Bannan and his wife, Sarah, the property spans seven acres and includes a large stone barn, a smokehouse, and an octagonal stone building that served as a legal office. Designated a National Historic Landmark in 1978, Cloud Home is currently operated by Friendship House as a residence for at-risk youth, offering visitors a glimpse into its rich history and architectural significance.
