Originally the headquarters of the Daily Express newspaper, the building underwent a significant refurbishment in 2000, preserving its iconic concrete portal frame while modernizing its appearance. Notably, the lobby was opened to the public during the London Open House event in 2009, allowing visitors to appreciate its architectural beauty. Today, it houses Goldman Sachs and stands as a testament to London's rich architectural heritage.
