San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA)

SFMOMA is a major museum of modern and contemporary art located in the South of Market neighborhood at 151 Third Street. The museum underwent a large expansion that opened in 2016, significantly increasing gallery space and public facilities. SFMOMA holds extensive collections of painting, sculpture, photography, and media arts and is a cultural anchor for the SoMa arts district.
