Military Park Building

The Military Park Building, completed in 1926, is one of Newark, New Jersey's earliest skyscrapers and was the tallest building in the state until 1930. Designed by the architectural firm Polhemus & Coffin, it is situated near Military Park and close to key cultural institutions like the Newark Museum and the New Jersey Performing Arts Center. The building underwent significant renovations in 2010, enhancing its lobby and facilities, and now features street-level retail. It serves as a landmark in the city's skyline and is easily accessible via the Military Park (NLR station).
