Burke Museum of Natural History and Culture (new UW campus building)

The Burke Museum relocated into a new purpose-built building on the University of Washington campus and reopened to the public in 2019 after a multi-year construction project. The museum's collections focus on natural history, paleontology, and Pacific Northwest cultural artifacts and include research and exhibition spaces designed for long-term conservation. The new facility increased gallery and collections storage space and expanded public programming for research and education.
