Tobin Center for the Performing Arts - renovated Municipal Auditorium

The Tobin Center for the Performing Arts occupies a renovated portion of the 1926 San Antonio Municipal Auditorium combined with a modern addition and opened to the public in 2014. It serves as a home for the San Antonio Symphony, Ballet San Antonio, Opera San Antonio, and presents touring and local performances. The project preserved historic architectural elements while creating new contemporary performance spaces downtown.
