Boston Opera House - restored 1928 movie palace turned Broadway house

The Boston Opera House opened in 1928 as a large ornate movie palace and was later restored and reopened in 2004 as a major venue for touring Broadway productions and live theater. The restoration preserved many of the theater's original decorative features while adapting the space for contemporary performance.
