Volunteer Park Conservatory (1912 greenhouse)

The Volunteer Park Conservatory is a Victorian-style glass greenhouse constructed in 1912 and located within Volunteer Park on Seattle's Capitol Hill. The conservatory houses a collection of tropical and subtropical plants and retains its original early-20th-century greenhouse structural design. It has been operated as a public botanical facility by the City of Seattle for over a century.
