Colcord Building (Colcord Hotel)

The Colcord Building, completed in 1910, is widely regarded as Oklahoma City's first skyscraper and was designed by architect William A. Wells. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places for its early high-rise construction and commercial significance. The building has been rehabilitated and now operates in part as the Colcord Hotel, preserving many historic interior and exterior features.
