NSSF Mbarara Complex

The NSSF Mbarara Complex, also known as Mbarara City House, is a prominent office building located in the central business district of Mbarara, Uganda. Owned by the Uganda National Social Security Fund, the largest pension fund in East Africa, this modern structure was developed between 2017 and 2019 at a cost of approximately US$1.2 million. The complex spans 1,500 square meters across four floors and includes office space for the NSSF as well as commercial rentals. With surface parking for 40 vehicles, it serves as a key business hub in the region, situated about 268 kilometers southwest of Kampala. This building represents the NSSF's commitment to expanding its real estate investments beyond the capital, contributing to the economic development of Mbarara and the surrounding Ankole sub-region.
