Regions Center (Little Rock)

Regions Center is a prominent 30-story skyscraper located in downtown Little Rock, Arkansas, standing at 454 feet tall. Completed in 1975, it was the tallest building in the state until 1986. With a total floor space of 556,975 square feet, it has served as a hub for office, retail, and restaurant activities. Despite facing challenges, including a significant drop in occupancy and bankruptcy proceedings, the building remains a key landmark in the city, currently owned by Taconic Capital Advisors and still housing Regions Bank.
