Beeches (Frankfort, Kentucky)

Beeches is a historic brick house located in Frankfort, Kentucky, built in 1818. Recognized for its outstanding Federal-style architecture, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979. Set in a park-like environment, it stands as one of the few remaining 19th-century structures along the Leestown Pike, alongside another historic building, Glen Willis. The house features a one-and-a-half-story section dating back to around 1800, complemented by a two-and-a-half-story main block and additional later brick and frame extensions.
