Gottlieb Londershausen House

The Gottlieb Londershausen House, located at 402 Main Street in Dayton, Oregon, is a historic building constructed around 1907 and recognized on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. Known also as the Culp Residence, this two-story house measures 26 feet by 42 feet and is significant for its connection to Gottlieb Londershausen, a German immigrant who settled in Dayton in 1889. Londershausen ran a shoe and harness repair shop for nearly three decades. The house is situated just a block from the Paul Londershausen House, another historic site associated with Gottlieb's family, highlighting the area's rich heritage and the contributions of early settlers.
