City Empiria

City Empiria, originally known as the Motokov building, is a striking skyscraper located in Prague, Czech Republic. Standing at 104 meters tall, it is the third tallest building in the country, with an antenna that reaches 132 meters. Opened in 1977, it initially served as the headquarters for the Czechoslovak trade company Motokov. The building underwent significant reconstruction in 2005 after being acquired by ECM Real Estate Investments in 2001. In 2010, it was sold to Generali PPF Holding for CZK 1.8 billion, marking its importance in Prague's architectural landscape.
