Edward Sullivan House

The Edward Sullivan House, built around 1875 in Winchester, Massachusetts, is a well-preserved example of a 19th-century worker's cottage. This small, 1+1⁄2 story home features a simple vernacular Italianate style with minimal architectural embellishments, making it a unique representation of the era. It was owned by Edward Sullivan, a stonemason, and is situated near St. Mary's Catholic Church, an area historically significant for Irish immigrants. The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1989, highlighting its cultural and historical importance.
