CasaNova (Rotterdam)

CasaNova is a striking residential skyscraper located in the Maritime District of Rotterdam, Netherlands. Completed between 2018 and 2022, it reaches a height of 110 meters (360 feet) with 35 floors, making it the 28th tallest building in the country. Designed by Barcode Architects, its unique triangular shape enhances the skyline while respecting the sightlines of nearby towers. Notably, the lower four floors taper downwards, giving it a distinctive pencil-like appearance. CasaNova features a shared 1,600 m2 roof garden above the fifth floor, designed by landscape architect Jeroen Hamers, offering a green space amidst the urban environment. This innovative building is not only a residential space but also connects to the adjacent tower of The Muse, contributing to the dynamic architectural landscape of Rotterdam.
