The Palazzo delle Poste, a monumental government building in Palermo, showcases the rationalist architectural style of the 1920s. Designed by Angiolo Mazzoni, it was inaugurated in 1934 and features striking elements such as a grand colonnade of 10 columns and an elliptical staircase. The interiors reflect Futurism, highlighted by murals from artist Benedetta Cappa that symbolize communication. After suffering damage from a fire, the building reopened for tours in 2017.
