Fields Heirs

Fields Heirs, also known as Fields House, was a historic residence located in Middletown, Delaware, built around 1820. This 2+1⁄2-story home featured a center-hall plan with a distinctive L-shaped layout due to its 1+1⁄2-story rear wing. The house was constructed on a stone foundation and topped with a gable roof, accompanied by a drive-through granary on the property. Although it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985, Fields Heirs was unfortunately demolished between 1992 and 2002, marking the loss of an important piece of local history.
