Eli Morse Farm

The Eli Morse Farm, located in Dublin, New Hampshire, is a historic site established in 1764 by Eli Morse, one of the town's first settlers. This expansive property spans over 200 acres and features a Federal style brick house built around 1822, along with several outbuildings including a barn and grist mill. The farm transitioned to a summer resort in the 19th century, becoming one of the first agricultural properties to host summer guests. Notably, it was the summer estate of diplomat Grenville Clark, who hosted a significant peace conference here in 1945 that contributed to the formation of the United Nations. The farm has been preserved by the Clark family for agricultural and conservation purposes and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
