Skyline (London)

The Skyline, also known as Woodberry Down-Skyline, is the tallest residential tower in North London, standing at 101 meters with 31 floors and 139 apartments. Completed in 2017, it is part of the Woodberry Down Restoration program, which aims to deliver over 5,500 new homes by 2035. The building features amenities such as a resident-only gym, a 15-meter swimming pool, spa facilities, and a Sainsbury's Local supermarket. Located near Finsbury Park and the scenic Woodberry Wetlands, the Skyline is a notable landmark in the Hackney skyline and won the Project of the Year award in 2018 from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
