Esquire Tavern

Esquire Tavern opened in 1933 and is located on the south bank of the San Antonio River Walk. The tavern bills itself as the oldest bar on the River Walk and features an Art Deco interior and a long wooden bar top that the establishment advertises as the longest in Texas. It is a neighborhood landmark on the Commerce Street corridor known for its cocktail program and historic setting.
