Parkland Memorial Hospital

Parkland Memorial Hospital is the hospital to which President John F. Kennedy was taken after he was shot on November 22, 1963; he was pronounced dead there. The hospital remains an active public medical center serving Dallas and retains historical associations with that national event. The Parkland campus includes older structures alongside modern medical facilities reflecting decades of expansion and renovation.
