Jaime Acosta y Fores Residence

The Jaime Acosta y Fores Residence, also known as the Doña Delia Acosta House, is a historic Creole-style home located in the heart of San Germán, Puerto Rico. Built in 1917 by architect Luis Pardo for sugarcane plantation owner Jaime Acosta y Fores as a wedding gift for his wife, the house showcases a blend of traditional Spanish Creole architecture and Art Nouveau influences in its interior design. Recognized for its well-preserved state, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1990, making it a significant site for tourists and researchers interested in Puerto Rico's architectural heritage.
